Concept Statement: Z Wing is an apartment branch located off the shared community spaces in BZ Haus. This is a private residential wing that features several different spaces. A shared laundry room, as well as shared kitchen and dining spaces. This wing is accessed only by the residents, so it is meant to be comfortable, relaxing, and be a space to decompress each day. Neutral colors were used throughout Z Wing, including greens, beige, leathers, as well as brown, white, and warm woods. This neutral palette allows residents to be able to personalize their own apartment. Z wing’s overall feeling of calmness, relaxation, and community, will allow each resident to feel at home.
